以成渝地区某高层住宅建筑工程为例,探索高层住宅建筑筏板基础施工技术与应用效果。结果显示:通过筏板基础施工,该项目施工完成后,筏板基础的最大沉降值为1.1 cm,最小沉降值为0.5 cm,基础的沉降非常均匀,未出现明显的不均匀沉降现象。28 d龄期时,混凝土的抗压强度均达到30.0 MPa,施工过程未发现质量问题,符合设计和规范要求。该项目建筑物在投入使用后,沉降量稳定,长期监控数据显示最大沉降值为2.0 cm,在可接受范围内。
Abstract:Taking a high-rise residential building project in the Chengdu-Chongqing area as an example, this study explored the construction technology and application effect of raft foundation for high-rise residential buildings.The results indicated that upon the completion of the project through the construction of the raft foundation, the maximum settlement value of the raft foundation was 1.1 cm, the minimum settlement value was 0.5 cm.The settlement of the foundation was highly uniform, and no obvious uneven settlement phenomenon was observed.At the age of 28 days, the compressive strength of the concrete all reached 30.0 MPa.No quality issues were identified during the construction process, conforming to the design and specification requirements.After the building of this project was put into use, the settlement remained stable.The long-term monitoring data revealed that the maximum settlement value was 2.0 cm, which was within the acceptable range.
